These are the 2026 HHS poverty guidelines for the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Alaska and Hawaii have higher guidelines, which are not shown here. Programs use multiples of the guideline, so the table also shows 133%, 138%, 150%, 200% and 400%. Each program decides how to round and which income to count.
