Common-stock transactions define eligibility

The Vintage Wine Estates securities settlement lists October 9, 2026 for claims submitted online or postmarked by mail. The purchase period is October 13, 2021 through February 8, 2023 inclusive. Buying bottles of wine is unrelated to stockholder eligibility.

The proposed settlement amount is $7.5 million before approved deductions. The administrator estimates an average $0.79 per eligible share assuming all eligible members participate, before fees and expenses. It is not a guaranteed payment rate.

The allocation is not a flat per-share rebate

Actual allocation depends on purchase and sale dates, prices, recognized losses and valid claims under the court-approved plan. Keep brokerage transaction records rather than multiply current holdings by the headline average.

Exclusion and objections had September 1 deadlines and the notice scheduled a September 22 hearing. This check has not independently established the hearing outcome. The claim deadline remains separately listed. Defendants deny wrongdoing, and a claim form does not promise immediate distribution or recovery of every investment loss.
