California residence and location both count

A proposed Venetian website privacy settlement separates customers who booked hotel stays from people who only browsed the site. The current administrator sets November 24 as the claim deadline. The case is not a universal refund for anyone who has visited Las Vegas or stayed at the property.

The booking class covers California residents who, while in California, made reservations through venetianlasvegas.com between September 18, 2024 and March 16, 2026. The browsing class applies the same residence, location and date conditions to website access or navigation. A reservation through another channel does not establish the stated booking eligibility.

The estimates can change

The proposed booking fund is $931,713.50 and the browsing fund $668,286.50. The administrator estimates roughly $71.39 for a booking claimant and $3.60 for a browsing claimant, but those figures depend on valid claims and deductions for approved costs. They are estimates, not fixed checks.

The fairness hearing is scheduled for December 3. Payments would follow final approval and any appeals, not submission alone. Read the administrator's instructions to identify the applicable class, preserve any notice or reservation record, and avoid treating the two funds as interchangeable compensation for the same activity.
