Washington work and applicant location both matter

The Talkdesk job-posting settlement sets October 13, 2026 for claims, exclusions and objections. The notice covers qualifying applications January 1, 2023 through July 26, 2025 where postings allegedly failed to disclose pay ranges.

The class includes applications for in-person Washington work from any location, and Washington-based applicants to postings listing Washington as an available work location. It is not all applicants nationwide to every Talkdesk role.

A valid claim is required for payment

The proposed fund ranges from $1,828,288 to $2,785,000 depending on participation. Timely valid claimants receive equal net shares capped at $5,000. That cap is not the expected payment to each person. The personalized notice contains an individual estimate.

Online filing uses the notice credentials, with mail and email alternatives. Approval is scheduled November 20. Defendants deny wrongdoing, and money follows approval and resolved review. Keep the application notice and filing record instead of interpreting a fund maximum or payment cap as a guaranteed award.
