Affected information defines the class

Stockpile data-settlement claims are due October 6, 2026, according to the administrator. The $600,000 case concerns personal information compromised in the investing platform 2020 data breach. It is not compensation for every person who owns shares or experienced an investment loss.

The long notice says valid participating members divide the net fund equally, capped at $90 each. Fees, expenses, administration and an approved representative award reduce the gross fund before payments. A cap should not be reported as the amount every claimant will receive.

Approval and payment have a later clock

October 6 also covers exclusion and objections. Mailed claim forms and exclusion requests require a timely postmark under the notice. It gives no universal online cutoff hour or time zone, so readers should not invent an extra last-minute filing window.

Final approval is scheduled November 10. Defendants deny wrongdoing, and a submitted claim is not a paid award. The notice gives recipients 180 days from issuance to cash or redeem payments before they become void. Retain the notice and confirmation rather than assuming the filing deadline is the distribution date.
