The training agreement defines the group
The SpecialtyCare settlement lists November 2, 2026 for exclusion and objections. It concerns surgical neurophysiologists subject to training-repayment agreements, with different subclass periods beginning August 23, 2017 or August 23, 2022 and ending June 10, 2026. The full exclusions and subclass rules matter.
The proposal combines a $725,000 cash fund with an agreement not to collect amounts allegedly due under those training terms from class members. The administrator estimates cash allocations from at least $100 to about $10,727. That range is not a promise every worker receives the maximum.
Debt cancellation and cash are separate benefits
Eligible members do not need to submit a claim form for their check or debt relief. They should confirm address and payment details with the administrator. Relief for workers still employed on June 10 may depend on whether they would otherwise incur repayment by leaving before three years, rather than represent an existing cash loss.
Final approval is scheduled December 11 at 1:30 p.m. The settlement and debt relief do not take effect merely because a notice arrived. SpecialtyCare disputes the claims. Review the release and rights instructions before interpreting automatic participation as permission to ignore a separate collection notice or assume all training debt at other employers is erased.
