A notice from the data vendor identifies the class

The SitusAMC data-settlement website accepts cash claims until November 6, 2026 for people sent notice of the November 2025 incident and included in the class list. SitusAMC may be a vendor rather than a company the recipient directly used. The notice, not brand familiarity, is the important eligibility lead.

The $5.3 million fund pays approved fees, administration and awards before class benefits. Eligible members may claim documented unreimbursed losses up to $5,000 and an estimated $75 flat payment. The FAQ explicitly allows the flat payment instead of or in addition to documented-loss cash.

Cash routes can be combined under these terms

A separate $50 California payment applies to members who resided there between November 12 and November 22, 2025, subject to downward proportional adjustment. The flat payment can move higher or lower. Do not promise the sum of maximum loss cash and estimates without the relevant evidence and class conditions.

Class members automatically received an enrollment code for one year of monitoring; cash still needs a claim using the notice login ID and PIN. Exclusion and objections close October 22, with approval scheduled November 11. SitusAMC denies wrongdoing. Benefits depend on approval and resolved appeals, not merely on completing a form.
