Common-stock purchases define the class

The Seagate securities-settlement administrator lists October 19, 2026 for claims submitted online or postmarked by mail. The class concerns common stock acquired September 14, 2020 through April 19, 2023 inclusive, with notice exclusions.

The proposed $175 million fund includes an estimated $1.03 per eligible share if claims are filed for every eligible share. Approved fees and expenses reduce available funds, while the allocation plan and trading history determine individual recognized losses.

Claims and rights responses have different clocks

Exclusion requests must be received by October 27, later than the claim deadline. Objections must follow the listed October 27 submission or postmark instructions. A later rights deadline does not extend the benefit-claim window.

Approval is scheduled November 17 at 10 a.m. Pacific time. Defendants deny the allegations about investor statements and export-related sales. Gather broker records and use the official allocation plan rather than multiply current holdings by the headline average or assume a claim guarantees repayment of every trading loss.
