An affected-person notice is the eligibility lead

The Sansone Group data settlement lists October 13, 2026 for online claims and mailing postmarks. The case concerns a March 2025 cyberattack involving private files. A property connection or familiar company name is not by itself the affected-class definition.

The FAQ offers documented unreimbursed incident losses up to $3,500 or an alternative one-time $45 cash payment. The $45 route replaces other cash. Claimants should not add it on top of the maximum documented-loss number.

Two cash options do not stack

Two years of financial monitoring is a separate benefit. Notes prepared by the claimant can explain official records but alone do not establish documented losses. Third-party reimbursement cannot be claimed again.

Exclusion and objections closed September 28, with approval scheduled October 28. Sansone disputes the allegations. Keep the notice and evidence and follow the form selections. The filing deadline is not proof cash or monitoring has already been issued.
