Automatic participation is different from a claim deadline

The Saint-Gobain and CertainTeed Washington job-posting settlement lists October 8, 2026 for exclusion, objections and desired payment-detail changes. The proposed $1.628 million fund concerns applications to seven named corporate entities and allegedly missing pay or benefit disclosures.

The notice says members who remain in the class receive an equal share of net funds without a claim form. They should confirm a current mailing address with the administrator. A headline deadline is therefore not a requirement to file a cash claim.

A notice conflict needs administrator confirmation

The live administrator website defines the period as January 1, 2023 through July 26, 2025. The PDF repeats that definition at the start but prints July 26, 2026 in question five. The live definition is the current reference; applicants affected by the conflicting PDF wording should confirm directly with the administrator.

The generic notice leaves the individual estimated dollar amount blank. Do not replace it with an unsupported universal award. Approval is scheduled January 15, 2027 and defendants deny wrongdoing. Preserve the personalized notice and follow the separate postmark and court-filing instructions for any rights response.
