Online ticket fees define the class
Raging Waters ticket purchasers still have a November 24, 2026 claim deadline, according to the settlement administrator. The exclusion and objection deadlines were September 28. That distinction matters for people finding the notice now: an open cash-claim window does not reopen every legal option.
The class described on the website includes United States residents who purchased admission tickets from ragingwaters.com between June 1, 2020 and June 22, 2026 and paid a processing fee. The lawsuit alleges that a mandatory fee was not adequately disclosed until late in checkout. Festival Fun Parks denies wrongdoing.
One form can cover multiple orders
The administrator says people with more than one qualifying order need only submit one claim form. The award depends on processing fees paid, the number of eligible claimants and other settlement expenses. It is not a refund of the entire admission price or a uniform amount for each visitor.
Final approval is scheduled for November 9, before the claim deadline. Payments require court approval and resolution of any appeals. Locate your ticket order records and use the administrator instructions; submitting a form is different from receiving an approved payment. The case website also explains the release of claims for participants.
