The incident notice matters more than pharmacy familiarity
The OnePoint Patient Care data settlement lists October 8, 2026 for online claims and mailing postmarks. It concerns an August 8, 2024 incident involving OP Pharmacy, also known as OnePoint Patient Care, and living United States individuals whose information may have been accessed.
The $2.115 million settlement offers qualifying documented losses up to $3,500 or an estimated $100 alternative cash payment. The alternative replaces the documented-loss route. It should not be advertised as an additional $100 for everyone who claims the maximum loss amount.
A valid claim is required for benefits
The administrator also describes monitoring, but a timely valid claim is required for settlement benefits. Receiving treatment or having a familiar pharmacy name alone does not prove a person is included. Check the notice and class definition.
Exclusion and objection dates passed August 24. The proposed settlement resolves disputed claims and does not establish that every affected person experienced fraud. Keep the incident notice, receipts and claim confirmation, and do not read a claim deadline as proof the estimated benefit has already been approved or paid.
