The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control announced October 9, 2026 a $175,015 settlement with Pegasus Worldwide Logistics, a freight forwarding firm in cross-border shipments. The amount settles potential civil liability for four apparent violations of the Illicit Drug Trafficking Sanctions Regulations and six apparent violations of the Reporting, Procedures and Penalties Regulations.

OFAC says that between September 2023 and February 2024 Pegasus dealt in blocked property by facilitating the importation of a machine supplied by a designated company, and failed to fully respond to an OFAC subpoena for six months. OFAC determined the conduct was non-egregious and not voluntarily disclosed, which shaped the amount.

The same OFAC notice issued International Criminal Court-related General Licenses 13 through 16 and made list changes, including adding the International Criminal Court to the SDN List and removing one Burma-related individual.
