Signed-in portal activity defines the claim

The MDLIVE and Evernorth privacy settlement has a December 1, 2026 claim deadline. The administrator says the case concerns allegedly disclosed portal information sent to Google and Meta without consent. The defendants deny wrongdoing and agreed to settle disputed claims.

The website describes users who accessed patient.mdlive.com and engaged in activity after signing in from May 30, 2023 through August 11, 2025, and had an active Facebook or Google account during that period. Browsing public marketing pages is not the same thing as qualifying signed-in portal activity.

The cap can affect the cash amount

The terms describe up to $15 in cash, within a $3.5 million cap that also covers notice, administration, approved legal costs and service awards. A maximum figure is not proof of the final payment to each claimant. Use the case claim instructions and the notice identifying information, rather than assuming enrollment is automatic.

Online claims are due December 1, or paper claims must be postmarked by that date. Exclusion and objection are due November 16. Final approval is scheduled for January 6, 2027. Payment remains subject to the court process; preserve the submission record and do not mistake a claim confirmation for funds already sent.
