The defined booking period is October 2024 to August 2025
The LiveHealth Online privacy settlement lists October 30, 2026 for claims, exclusions and objections. The notice defines the class as United States people who used its appointment-booking tool on the website or iOS or Android app between October 2024 and August 2025.
Amwell would establish a $2,037,751.46 settlement fund if approved. The notice estimates proportional cash shares of about $51.14 to $102.29, but the actual amount depends on valid claims and approved fees, expenses and other deductions. The range is not a guaranteed minimum or maximum check.
A claim is required for cash
Using another telehealth service, having insurance access to LiveHealth or making a visit outside the booking period does not by itself meet that definition. A valid claim is required for payment. Doing nothing means no cash and may still release covered claims if the settlement becomes effective.
The final hearing is scheduled January 15, 2027. The notice describes payment after final approval and appeals, not immediately after the October claim deadline. Save booking records and filing confirmation, and distinguish a payment estimate from a court-approved distribution already underway.
