The label and purchase period are part of the test

The Levoit air-purifier settlement has a November 3, 2026 claim deadline. The notice concerns certain Core and EverestAir products and replacement filters sold with True HEPA, HEPA or H13 language. It is not a safety recall or a refund of the full purchase price.

The administrator describes United States purchases between August 29, 2019 and August 4, 2023. Check the product, purchase period and labeling against the case definition. The lawsuit challenges those filtration representations; Vesync denies the allegations, and the court has not decided that the company did anything wrong.

Ten dollars is subject to the cap

Valid claims are eligible for a $10 digital payment. The amount available for awards is capped at $15 million, so the payment can fall if the total value of valid claims exceeds that cap. The headline figure is therefore a settlement term, not a guarantee of exactly $10 reaching every person.

November 3 is also the listed exclusion and objection deadline. The fairness hearing is scheduled for February 17, 2027 at 11 a.m. Eastern, subject to change. Payment requires the settlement to become final and any appeals to end. Keep your purchase evidence and follow the form, rather than treating a notice as automatic enrollment for cash.
