Online-only enrollment has a specific exclusion

The Le Moyne College settlement sets October 19, 2026 for payment elections, exclusion and objections. The class concerns undergraduates charged tuition or specified mandatory fees and enrolled in at least one in-person on-campus class during spring 2020.

The FAQ excludes students who began in online-only classes, paid no tuition or fees, or left before March 1, 2020. A college connection alone is not enough. A personalized notice indicates the college records identify a class member.

An election changes how the payment arrives

The $243,206 cash fund is reduced by approved fees, costs, administration and a representative award. Eligible members who remain in the class receive proportional net shares automatically. If no election form is returned, payment comes by physical check after final approval.

The hearing is scheduled December 17 at 11 a.m. The October election window is not a guarantee of an immediate refund or of a fixed tuition percentage. Keep the notice, confirm a current delivery address, and follow the separate exclusion or objection instructions if considering a rights response.
