Match the adult product and SKU

CPSC's October 1 recall covers LandTale adult portable bed rails with SKU EBR001 on the instructions and packaging. The agency cites entrapment and asphyxiation risks and noncompliance with the mandatory standard. This is an adult-bed product, not a child safety rail.

The notice describes a white frame with black foam grips, sold through Amazon from February to June 2026 for about $43. Similar-looking rails from another brand are not automatically part of this specific refund program.

Keep proof of the instructed disposal

Consumers should stop use immediately and contact YunHeng for a full refund. The stated process includes cutting off the foam grip, disassembling the rail, marking the upper and lower rails "RECALLED" and providing the requested photo with the sender's name on paper. Follow the current recall instructions rather than modifying a rail to continue using it.

Keep the product-identification and submission records and dispose of the destroyed product as directed. The featured image is only an illustration; CPSC's photos and exact SKU are the factual identification source. A refund process does not make continued use safe while a consumer waits for payment.
