The job-posting class has specific dates

The Hydromax USA Washington job-posting settlement sets October 12, 2026 for claims, exclusion and objections. The class concerns qualifying job applications January 1, 2023 through July 16, 2026 to postings alleged to omit required pay and benefit information.

The administrator describes a maximum $382,500 fund depending on how many class members claim. Eligible members who submit timely valid forms divide net money equally after approved deductions. The maximum fund is not a promised per-applicant payment.

A valid claim is required for a net share

The official site allows online claims with the personalized notice login or forms by mail or email. An application history alone is not a completed claim, and unlike some other Washington posting cases this notice requires action to receive cash.

Final approval is scheduled December 18, with checks issued after approval and any review is resolved. The notice gives checks 180 days from issuance before expiry. Hydromax disputes the allegations. Retain the notice and submission record, and do not confuse the October claim deadline with a payment date.
