The Washington connection is specific

The proposed High 5 Games settlement has an open claim route for eligible Washington-related players, with January 4, 2027 as the current deadline. The case concerns High 5 Casino and High 5 Vegas virtual-coin purchases, not all online casino games. Defendants deny wrongdoing and any violation of law.

The class period is after April 9, 2014 and before October 1, 2022. The administrator describes play or purchases in Washington, or purchases associated with Washington as reasonably determined using billing addresses, IP addresses or information from platform providers. Check the exact class and payment conditions rather than assuming current residence alone is enough.

The final fund is not fixed today

Payment shares depend on qualifying purchase amounts, the number of valid claims and the total paid into the fund over a multi-year period. The administrator says contingent amounts may depend on net income or a liquidity event. Payments may therefore occur in more than one round, and there is no fixed personal check promised today.

January 4 is also the current exclusion and objection cutoff, while the hearing is scheduled for February 8, 2027. Doing nothing does not produce a settlement payment. Preserve purchase records and read the release and claim instructions before choosing a route; submission is not a finding of liability or a guarantee of immediate cash.
