A Washington application can qualify without a hire
Gosiger Machine Tools’ settlement FAQ lists October 26, 2026 for payment selection. Its job-posting case concerns Washington openings allegedly missing required pay and benefit information. The FAQ identifies Spencer v. Gosiger Machine Tools, case 25-2-38795-0 KNT; disputed allegations are not a liability finding.
The stated class period is January 1, 2023 through August 17, 2026. Included applicants sought a Washington opening where the posting did not disclose the wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits and other compensation. Receiving a notice is the administrator’s indication of inclusion.
An estimate is not money already issued
Class members who do not opt out are eligible for equal net shares, estimated at $1,841.27 and characterized as nonwage damages. The FAQ says included notice recipients will receive payment if the court finally approves. Digital-payment selection is optional, but keeping contact details current matters for delivery.
Exclusions must be postmarked by October 26; objections have court-filing and mailing requirements. Remaining in the class releases specified claims. The estimate may change after approved deductions or other settlement conditions, so do not budget it as a guaranteed deposit or assume any machine-tools job application qualifies.
