BRC Inc. has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, revealing a 7.3% increase in net revenue compared to the same period last year. The company’s performance highlights its ongoing efforts to expand its market presence and improve profitability.
Despite the revenue growth, BRC reported a net loss of $8.7 million for the quarter, a significant increase from the $1.2 million loss reported in Q3 2025. However, the company’s Adjusted EBITDA rose by 12.3% to $9.5 million, indicating some positive operational efficiencies.
“A key priority during the third quarter was making Black Rifle Coffee more accessible to consumers and creating more opportunities for them to engage with our brand,” said CEO Chris Mondzelewski. He emphasized the importance of expanding distribution and increasing brand awareness, especially with campaigns celebrating America’s 250th birthday.
BRC Inc., traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BRCC, is a veteran-founded company specializing in premium coffee products. The company’s focus on wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels has contributed to its recent growth, with both sectors experiencing increases of 8.1% and 8.5%, respectively.
In the filing dated November 2, 2026, BRC also reaffirmed its full-year guidance, expecting at least 8% revenue growth and a 35% increase in Adjusted EBITDA. This outlook incorporates anticipated revenue challenges due to the divestiture of a non-core brand and planned closures of company-operated locations.
The filing noted that the company’s packaged coffee distribution increased to 58.7% on an All Commodity Volume (ACV) weighted basis, further solidifying its market position.
“We also made meaningful progress on Project Core,” said CFO Matt Amigh. The project aims to streamline operations and reduce capital intensity, supporting franchise-led retail growth and a more efficient cost structure.
As BRC Inc. continues to navigate the competitive beverages industry, its latest results may prompt industry peers to re-evaluate their strategies in light of BRC’s performance and ongoing initiatives.
