AudioCodes Ltd., a leader in enterprise voice and VoiceAI solutions, has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The company reported a revenue increase of 4.2% year-over-year, reaching $64.1 million. This performance highlights the ongoing momentum in its strategic transformation towards cloud software and services.

For the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, AudioCodes reported a net income of $3.6 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, compared to $2.7 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the same period last year. The company also noted that its non-GAAP net income was $4.0 million, or $0.16 per diluted share.

Shabtai Adlersberg, President and CEO of AudioCodes, expressed satisfaction with the results, stating, "Our solid financial results demonstrate progress in our strategic transformation of AudioCodes into a voice AI-driven cloud software and services company." He further emphasized the growth in their two key areas: the Live suite of managed services for UCaaS and CX, and their VoiceAI business, which collectively generated an annual recurring revenue of $87 million, a 16% increase year-over-year.

AudioCodes also announced a share buyback program, having repurchased 1,517,568 ordinary shares at a cost of $15.1 million during the quarter. This move is part of a broader strategy to enhance shareholder value, along with the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.20 per share, amounting to approximately $4.8 million, which was paid on September 3, 2026.

The company’s cash and cash equivalents stood at $47.1 million as of September 30, 2026, a decrease from $75.7 million at the end of 2025, primarily due to share buybacks and dividend payments. AudioCodes has $26.7 million remaining under its court-approved share repurchase program, valid until March 9, 2027.

As AudioCodes continues to focus on its VoiceAI business, which saw a remarkable 50% growth in the first three quarters of 2026, the company is well-positioned for future growth. The ongoing investments in its Live services and VoiceAI solutions are expected to drive further success.

Looking ahead, AudioCodes plans to maintain its momentum, with a promising outlook for 2027. The company will conduct a conference call to discuss its third-quarter performance and future strategies.
