The label and purchase dates matter

Dr. Squatch customers may have a claim in a proposed $9 million settlement concerning products labeled "natural." The live administrator lists November 27 as the claim deadline. The class covers purchases of specified products in the United States between November 1, 2018 and August 29, 2026, subject to exclusions.

The covered-products definition matters more than the brand name alone. The administrator lists categories including natural bar soap, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner and other personal-care products, with the complete list in the settlement agreement. A current purchase made after the cutoff does not become eligible because the product has the same packaging.

The court has not made payments available

The fund also pays approved legal fees, expenses, administration and service awards. Individual benefits depend on valid claims and the settlement rules, not a full refund of every purchase. The administrator explicitly says no money or benefits are available now because final approval has not occurred.

Exclusion and objection requests have an October 13 deadline, different from the later claim cutoff. The final-approval hearing is scheduled for March 2, 2027. Check the product list and claim instructions using the official case materials, and keep purchase evidence rather than interpreting the headline fund as a guaranteed personal payment.
