The notice links the class to the incident

The Doxim data-incident settlement notice has an October 13, 2026 claim deadline. The proposed $5.5 million settlement concerns the incident around December 30, 2023 involving Doxim and its credit-union clients. Class membership turns on affected private information and notice, not merely having any credit-union account.

The notice offers documented fraud or identity-theft losses reasonably traceable to the incident, up to $5,000 per class member. Alternatively, a person may request an estimated $100 cash payment without loss documentation. That alternative can increase or decrease proportionally depending on valid claims.

The alternative amount can change

The cash choices are alternatives: the notice says Cash Payment B is instead of Cash Payment A. Keep evidence of losses for the documented route rather than adding the headline limits together. Doxim denies wrongdoing, and the court has not determined that the defendants violated the law.

Claims must be submitted online or postmarked October 13. Exclusion and objection deadlines passed September 28. The notice schedules final approval for October 28, subject to change. Payment follows the approval process and any appeals; a claims deadline does not mean funds arrive that week.
