The June 2025 incident defines the class

The Dairy Farmers of America data settlement accepts claims through October 14, 2026 online or by mailing postmark. It concerns private information impacted in a June 2025 incident, not consumers who bought milk or other dairy products.

The cash routes are qualifying documented losses up to $4,500 or an alternative amount estimated at $55. The FAQ says the estimate may shrink depending on valid claims. Documents must connect losses to the incident and cannot claim expenses already reimbursed elsewhere.

A $475,000 aggregate cash cap affects allocation

There is a $475,000 aggregate cash cap. If valid cash claims exceed it, payments are proportionally reduced to fit the cap. That shared limit makes it misleading to promise every class member the maximum loss reimbursement or a fixed alternative amount.

Two years of financial monitoring can also be claimed. The court hearing is scheduled October 26 and payments require approval and resolved appeals. Preserve third-party records and the notice, and do not confuse a monitoring insurance limit with cash payable to each claimant.
