Who the administrator says is covered

Fresh October 1 settlement coverage highlights a proposed CVS digital-privacy deal of up to $20.5 million. The live administrator page says individuals who accessed covered CVS digital properties in the United States before July 27, 2026 may qualify. The headline fund is not an individual payment.

The administrator offers up to $5 without documentation or up to $10 with proof of settlement-class membership, subject to a valid claim. The official notice says amounts can decrease proportionately with valid claim volume. A screenshot or proof record supports the larger route; it does not make the maximum unconditional.

The amount can fall with valid claim volume

The claim deadline is November 16, 2026. Exclusion and objection deadlines are November 1, with a December 1 final-approval hearing. These choices have different legal effects. Remaining in the settlement can release covered claims, and doing nothing does not produce a payment.

CVS and Criteo deny violating the law, and the court has not decided who is right. Payment requires final approval and resolution of any appeals, according to the administrator. Check the current official notice and your actual access history before submitting; a news comment asking to be added is not a claim. The current opportunity is to inspect the proposal and deadline, not to expect cash today.
