Cash choices have different proof rules

The Crossroads Trading data-settlement FAQ lists October 13, 2026 for online claims or mailing postmarks. Eligible United States individuals include people whose information may have been impacted in the incident and those who received breach notice.

The documented-loss option covers qualifying losses up to $5,000 with third-party proof. An alternative cash payment is currently estimated at $25 and replaces that documented-loss route. Two years of monitoring may also be requested.

The California payment can join either cash route

A separate California statutory payment is currently estimated at $100 for class members who resided there at any point February 15, 2025 through October 13, 2026. The FAQ allows that payment with either documented-loss or alternative cash. Estimates and eligibility conditions should not be turned into a guaranteed total.

Keep the notice, residency evidence and qualifying loss records. Payments depend on court approval and processing, and the company disputes the allegations. Shopping at a secondhand clothing store alone does not prove inclusion, and submitting the form is not confirmation that a particular amount will arrive.
