A specific iPhone purchase window

The Apple Siri Apple Intelligence settlement is accepting claims through December 21, 2026. The administrator says the claim period began September 21. This case concerns expectations about Siri features on eligible devices, rather than a general refund for Apple customers.

The listed phones include iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max and the iPhone 16 family, including 16e. Eligibility requires United States residence and purchase in the United States for purposes other than resale between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025. A newer purchase outside that period does not qualify merely because it is the same model.

The payment is not fixed at $95

The $250 million fund supports a stated $25 payment per eligible device, which may increase proportionally up to $95 or decrease depending on valid claims and other factors. Fees, administration and other approved costs come out before distribution. Advertising the maximum as a guaranteed award would misstate the notice.

Apple denies wrongdoing. Class members must personally complete and submit a valid claim online or by a December 21 postmark; the website has separate paths for personal and business purchases. Final approval is scheduled for February 24, 2027. Keep purchase information and use the actual case instructions, not a promise of immediate payment.
