The July 2023 incident defines the case

Anixter Center data-incident settlement claims are due October 19, 2026. The administrator describes a July 2023 cyberattack involving private information at Lester and Rosalie Anixter Center. This is not a claim for every person receiving disability or community services anywhere.

Class members may request one year of identity-theft protection and credit monitoring. Cash options include documented out-of-pocket losses up to $5,000 and qualifying response time up to three hours at $17.50 per hour, a $52.50 maximum. Already reimbursed expenses cannot be claimed again.

The flat payment replaces other cash options

The alternative is a one-time $50 cash payment instead of other cash options, with no loss proof or explanation required. That does not remove the requirement to belong to the class. For documented expenses, self-written notes can support other records but are not enough by themselves.

Online submissions and mailed forms share the October 19 deadline, with mailed claims needing a timely postmark. Exclusion and objection closed September 18; final approval is scheduled November 23. Anixter denies the allegations, and benefits remain subject to the court process rather than automatic payment when a notice is received.
