Two offerings define the investor class

AmTrust securities settlement claims are due October 7, 2026, according to class counsel Kessler Topaz. The $19 million partial agreement concerns common stock traceable to the November 11, 2015 offering and Series F preferred shares traceable to the September 27, 2016 offering.

Investors need to check security type and offering traceability rather than assume any historical AmTrust holding qualifies. Counsel lists transaction dates, share amounts, prices and valid claims among factors affecting proportional payment. There is no fixed guaranteed recovery per investor.

The remaining litigation continues

The court granted preliminary approval June 12 and counsel lists a November 19 final hearing. The case against remaining defendants is still in discovery. A partial settlement therefore does not mean every defendant or claim has been resolved.

Keep brokerage and offering records and use the administrator route linked by counsel. Its website could not be independently read during this check, so this report relies on the named class counsel current case page rather than inventing filing mechanics. The deadline is not a payment date or evidence the court found wrongdoing.
