AMN Interpretation Claims Need Registration Before the Online Cash Form

The $10,000 ceiling is not a standard award for each interpreted conversation.

California presence and session dates matter

The AMN Healthcare interpretation-recording settlement lists October 27, 2026 for claims, exclusions and objections. Eligible people were physically in California and participated in an AMN-interpreted conversation during December 4, 2022 through August 7, 2026 under the notice terms.

The $4.5 million gross fund pays proportional net shares after approved deductions, capped at $10,000 per person across distributions. That is a ceiling, not $10,000 for every session or patient. AMN denies liability and says the settlement does not establish wrongdoing.

A registration email is not a submitted claim

Online claimants first submit registration information and receive a Class Member ID by email, then use it for the claim form. Registration alone does not submit a benefit claim. The FAQ also describes a paper-form route and requires valid electronic filing or a mailing postmark by October 27.

Approval is scheduled December 18 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific. The notice describes separate instructions for objections, including intervention requirements. Keep session-related records and claim confirmation and do not assume every hospital interpretation used AMN, every call was recorded or an issued ID guarantees money.
