Call dates and the AIRudder system define the class
The Altrua Ministries and Crown Enterprises call settlement lists October 5, 2026 for exclusion and objections, while cash claims have an October 20 deadline. The two dates concern different choices. Letting the rights deadline pass is not the same as losing every chance to file a benefit claim.
The class is limited to United States individuals called through AIRudder from December 2 through December 11, 2024. Receiving any sales call from an unfamiliar health company does not automatically establish eligibility. Check the official notice and administrator information against the call actually received.
The cash maximum is subject to reduction
The proposed payment is up to $700, with a maximum $1.1 million fund that also covers approved costs and awards. Payments can be proportionally reduced. A valid complete claim is required, and the maximum should not be presented as a guaranteed amount arriving immediately.
The FAQ objection section says the court must receive an objection by October 5, although a summary elsewhere uses postmark language. Do not rely on the looser summary to assume a late-arriving court objection is timely. Exclusion requests have an October 5 postmark requirement. The final hearing is scheduled October 22; these are still proposed settlement benefits.
