Notice and affected information define the class
AIS InfoSource settlement claims are due October 12, 2026, according to the administrator FAQ. The case concerns a February 2025 incident involving potential access to names, Social Security numbers and financial account numbers. The class includes United States residents who received notice that their information may have been involved.
The benefits include two years of credit monitoring and financial-fraud protection. Actual documented out-of-pocket losses traceable to the incident can be reimbursed up to $5,000, for losses from February 16, 2025 through October 12, 2026. Expenses already reimbursed by another party do not qualify again.
Documented losses and actual time need separate support
Response time has a separate route: up to four hours at $20 per hour, a maximum of $80. The claimant must attest that the time was actually spent dealing with the incident. Self-prepared notes may explain expense evidence, but those notes alone do not establish a documented-loss claim.
Online forms must be submitted by October 12, while mailed forms and supporting records need that postmark. The final hearing is scheduled the next day, October 13. AIS denies liability. Neither the maximum loss amount nor the monitoring insurance limit is a flat cash payment to everyone in the class.
