Mint Incorporation Limited has made a significant move by entering into an OEM supply and license agreement with Centridex Limited, a company based in Ireland. This partnership aims to expand Mint's operations into the European market, leveraging local assembly and distribution capabilities.
The agreement was announced on October 7, 2026, and is expected to have a total potential value of approximately €3 million over two years. The initial order package is valued at around €450,000 and includes robot kits and platform licensing arrangements. Mint's majority-owned subsidiary, Axonex Robotics Limited, will supply these kits, which Centridex will assemble, test, and distribute across Ireland and other selected markets.
The collaboration aligns with Mint's strategy to broaden its international footprint by providing robotics solutions to overseas markets. The agreement covers four product categories: the M3 robot kit, the Sumo cleaning robot kit, the Nex-class half-humanoid robot kit, and the R-300 educational robot kit. Centridex will assemble and resell these products, while also licensing Mint's software and platform to create a Centridex-branded platform.
Damian Chan, Chairman and CEO of Mint, emphasized the importance of this agreement for the company's international growth strategy. He stated, "This Agreement marks an important milestone in our international growth strategy and reflects the increasing demand for scalable robotics solutions beyond Asia. We aim for it to become a sales channel for Axonex technology in Europe, bringing a broader range of robotics solutions to customers across Europe."
Mint Incorporation Limited, listed on NASDAQ under the ticker MIMI, focuses on artificial intelligence and robotics. The company aims to enhance efficiency and quality of life across various industries through its innovative solutions.
Centridex Limited, the partner in this agreement, is a technology trading company that sources technology products globally, including robotics and smart platforms, to supply to customers internationally. This partnership is expected to enhance Centridex's product portfolio and strengthen its market position.
The filing does not specify what happens next, but future purchase orders and commercial schedules will be implemented under the framework of the agreement.
